The Matriarch of The Ensley Family, I am the only child of the late (Deborah Ensley) S.I.P Mother. (CancerSucks) I am the mother of two children Lashon Ensley (son) and Qynirah Ensley (Daughter). I’m a grandmother of three handsome young boys whom I adore and gives me the drive to make this business successful.
I have over 20 years of experience being a Brokerage, Brokerage Assistant, and Brokerage Coordinator, at different companies.
I am a hard worker who is dedicated to the job and the task at hand. After working the graveyard shift for a company in January of 2016 working 12-14 hours a day without missing a day, I realized I could start my own company and pour that same hard work, ethic and dedication into my own business. A year later I lost the woman who made me who I am today. She taught and showed me that I could do anything I wanted to do as long as I stay true to who I am, be honest and treat everyone with RESPECT. My beautiful mother (Deborah Ensley) whom I named my company after. I promise you that I will work and provide the best service in my company just like I have done for other companies in 20 plus years. As a matter of fact, I am going to work even harder for my own company. I have a passion for communication and establishing relationships with Freight Shippers, Freight Brokers, Freight Forwarders and carriers.
I have excellent customer service skills and a high level of respect for Carriers wants and needs. I am extensively experienced in Negotiation, Billing, communication and building relationships within this industry. I know communication, honesty, being a great listener and to think before reacting is the key to being successful. My goal is to be understanding of one’s needs and to be the best at all I can be. The years of experience I have in the transportation industry make DSL Brokerage a better dispatch option than other companies and we provide you with the information you need to get the job done correctly and promptly.
